Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Saskatoon. This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while supporting the clinic's operations. Your contributions will directly enhance our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries professionally Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Perform data entry and clerical tasks efficiently Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming Handle customer service inquiries with empathy and professionalism Assist with administrative duties as needed Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience with data entry and clerical tasks Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong typing skills with attention to detail Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is an asset but not required.
