We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with office software. Prior experience in medical or dental offices is a plus. Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression Manage multiple phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and maintain calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry with accuracy into various systems, including QuickBooks when necessary Handle filing, record keeping, and document management efficiently Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing correspondence Support bookkeeping activities and basic office accounting procedures Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications



Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping is desirable Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with front desk operations or medical/dental reception is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
