About the Role:
Huneybae Auto Group is seeking a reliable and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. You'll handle front desk duties, assist customers, and support our sales and finance teams with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule appointments and manage inquiries
Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Support with filing, documentation, and basic admin tasks
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional phone and in-person etiquette
Basic computer skills (email, booking systems, data entry)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous reception or customer service experience is REQUIRED
Experience in the automotive industry is an asset
