Summary



The role of

Client Relations Coordinator

(Receptionist) plays a critical role within the Harbour Landing Village leading and supporting key customer experience and administrative workflow functions within The Village. In many cases, this role will be the initial point of contact for customers, residents and potential clients and have the unique opportunity to shape the overall village experience for all who walk through our doors.

This position will require flexibility and willingness to complete different tasks; some days may be stationed at the front desk as the primary Concierge member, and others will require resident engagement and coordination. Both functions of this job are incredibly important for an excellent customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:



Ensure a clean and professional first impression for all customers Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately and resolved in a timely manner, escalating issues when necessary Provide concierge services. Complete financial transactions such as hair credits or charge account purchases. Responsible for booking, check in/check out procedures, and assist residents with booking transportation Coordinates new resident orientation and onboarding for long-term and short-term stays Maintain effective communication with?residents, volunteers and staff in other?departments Assisting in sales events to connect with a vast audience to promote Harbour Landing Village Support and maintain client information?accurately?and?up to date?for a variety of documentation purposes. Maintains confidentiality of client and?company?information and discusses same only with appropriate personnel. Maintain and direct basic cleaning of main floor (excluding restaurants) during the day including washroom checklists, spot sweeping and basic tidiness. Completing administrative tasks as directed by prioritizing, organizing and executing in a timely fashion to meet deadlines Understand and execute proper protocol during fire alarms and/or emergencies as the lead staff member on the main floor Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:



Customer service or hospitality experience First Aid CPR Certificate Transfer, Lift and Repositioning Certificate Food Safety Certificate
