We are seeking a motivated and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Best Western Prince George Downtown Hotel(AKA TRAVELODGE BY WYNDHAM). As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences. If you are passionate about hospitality and have hotel experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and understanding.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Process payments, reservations, and cancellations accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications
Previous hotel experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.
Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
