We are seeking a motivated and professional Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Dental Receptionist to manage front-office duties, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the smooth operation of our new practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. Work days will include Fridays - Saturdays, and alternating weekday shifts. (4-5 shifts per week).
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and confirm patient visits.
Collect and verify patient information and insurance details.
Ensure patient files are accurately maintained and up to date.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
Assist with managing office supplies and keeping the reception area organized.
Communicate effectively with dental team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and managing office correspondence.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
FRENCH AND ENGLISH REQUIRED.
Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.* Familiarity with dental terminology and office management software is a plus!
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
