part-time receptionist

to join our team at our front desk for evenings and Saturdays.

About the Role:

As our receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients; greeting them warmly, handling bookings, answering inquiries, and keeping things running smoothly at the front of the house. It's a dynamic role that calls for someone who's organized, friendly, and ready to juggle tasks with a smile.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

(salon/spa experience is a plus!)

A polished, professional presence with a positive attitude

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Comfortable working in a busy environment with multiple service providers

Tech-savvy with appointment software (training provided)

This is a

permanent position

: We're seeking someone who's looking to grow with our team long-term. If you're only available certain evenings or the occasional weekend, this opportunity is not the right fit.
