York Street Spa is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. Work full time at one of Ottawa's most popular spas which has a great reputation, an experienced team, an established clientele, with flexible work hours and a healthy work environment.

Located in Ottawa's downtown core, York Street Spa is an Aveda Lifestyle Spa that offers massage, esthetics and full salon services. Training available in all of Aveda's techniques.

Daily duties of a receptionist include:

Client centered service Opening and closing duties Answering calls and gathering necessary information Confirmation calls Cleaning Greeting guests and serving beverages Sales - with Aveda product knowledge Social Media Dealing with client conflicts Daily booking operations

Requirements:

Full time availability, monday to friday 1 year of experience Proficiency in French added advantages Ability to service clientele Reliability and punctuality
