Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description


We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with retail store, merchant are assets,QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is highly desirable.



Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through filing and documentation Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, copying, and organizing documents Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, including confidentiality protocols



Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly Previous clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently Proven ability to handle filing, scheduling, and general administrative duties effectively Excellent typing skills for quick data entry and correspondence management Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.46-$26.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
