We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy retrieval.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications for various administrative tasks.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Familiarity with Automotive Shop is preffered
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is desirable.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
