We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and take accurate messages
Schedule deliveries and maintain calendar updates
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management efficiently
Assist with billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping using Microsoft Dynamics Navision
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette
Experience
Previous Office, Customer service, or Receptionist experience preferred
Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, and basic bookkeeping. Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Clerical experience including filing, scheduling, and administrative support roles
