We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in North York, ON. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries as needed
Schedule and manage appointments and maintain office calendar
Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry
Handle emails and correspondence in a timely and organized way
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Provide support to other team members and management as needed
Requirements
1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and behavior
