Our Front Desk team members are one of the primary resources for our Insolvency Trustees in our regional offices as they support the documentation preparation process for new client sign-ups. They are also the face of Allan Marshall & Associates as the first point of contact for clients visiting our office. Because of our continuous growth, the pace can be fast at times, but our focus on collaboration gets us through together.

We are looking for an individual interested in supporting our growing business on an on-site 8:30am to 4:30pm M-F shift in our Moncton NB office.

The Position Responsibilities:



The perfect candidate will perform a variety of administrative tasks including:

Prepare the client Bankruptcy sign-up documentation including Statements of Affairs, Proofs of Claim; send notices to creditors; Update/maintain electronic and paper filing systems; Manage and coordinate multiple calendars including scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments; Take payments, issue receipts, and make bank deposits; Deliver respectful and empathetic service to clients.

Who you are:



Education or Experience



Post-secondary education in business or legal administration, or 2 years of business or legal office administrative experience.

Skills



Excellent organizational, time management, and strong business communication skills, written and verbal; The ability to multitask and ability to thrive under deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities; Strong computer literacy and experience with customer relationship management systems; Attention to detail and accuracy; Trustworthy and professional.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Our interview process typically consists of a quick pre-screen with HR for skills and education, a panel interview with the hiring manager and 2 other team members for team fit, experience, and ability, and a third chat with our CEO for organizational fit.
