Job Summary

Sultan Fitness Gym is looking for a

confident, high-energy Sales & Client Booking Specialist

to join our growing team. You will be the

first point of contact for new leads

, and your role is to make every potential client feel

welcomed, understood, and excited

about joining our life-changing fitness programs.

This role requires fluent English and excellent customer service skills.

You must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally with clients in person, over the phone, and by text.

If you enjoy talking to people, know how to guide conversations naturally toward a "yes," and can deliver an outstanding client experience -- this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Call, text, and follow up with incoming leads from social media, ads, referrals, and walk-ins Communicate clearly and confidently in avoiding English to understand each client's fitness goals Match potential clients with the most suitable program Book in-person consultations, trials, or assessments with the coaching team Maintain organized follow-ups using CRM tools or basic tracking systems Handle objections professionally and close leads with empathy and honesty Deliver a friendly, motivating, and professional tone in every interaction Support front desk operations when needed (checking in clients, answering calls, basic inquiries) Stay informed on current programs, offers, and promotions Work closely with the gym owner and coaching team to meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Qualifications (Must-Have)

Fluent English speaking skills (clear, confident, and professional communication is required)

Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

Sales, fitness, or customer service experience is a strong asset Confident in handling objections without being pushy Highly organized and reliable with strong follow-up habits Passion for fitness and helping people change their lives Comfortable using basic technology (booking tools, CRM, spreadsheets) Available to work evenings and weekends when required Bilingual is a bonus, but

not required
