We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and sales-driven Front Desk Receptionist who thrives on client service, sales, and creative engagement. In addition to reception duties, the ideal candidate will oversee social media platforms, film and edit videos, and create engaging content to help promote services and grow the Skincentrix brand.
Key Responsibilitie
s
Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a professional, warm, and inviting front desk experience.
Manage appointment bookings, client inquiries, and all day-to-day reception operations.
Drive and increase sales for Skincentrix services and retail products.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and anticipating their needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement engaging promotions and campaigns.
Oversee social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
Film, edit, and publish videos (e.g., reels, service highlights, client testimonials) to support marketing initiatives.
Provide expert knowledge of esthetics and spa services to educate and guide clients.
Track sales and engagement metrics, analyzing trends and adjusting strategies for improved performance.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring each client enjoys a personalized and premium spa experience.
Qualification
s
Proven sales experience (spa, medical aesthetics, or related industries preferred).
Strong knowledge of esthetics and skincare treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident social presence.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation, including filming, editing, and publishing videos.
Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging campaigns and client experiences.
Strong technical aptitude (comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and digital tools to streamline operations).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
