Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
Harms Automotive is looking for a part time receptionist evenings during the week and some weekends as well at one of our Leduc locations. This is your chance to work at a thriving dealership with chances for advancement within the company. We would also be looking for a candidate that can fill in some dayshifts and also Holidays.
Duties
Answering phone calls and redirecting to specific departments
Keeping track of vehicle keys signed out
Filling out paperwork
Stocking in vehicles
Cleaning workstation and showroom
We are looking for a candidate with a mature, positive attitude and the ability to work alone. Prior experience within a dealership is preferred but we will also train the right candidate. Please send your resume and we will contact those we would like to interview.
