Are you a friendly and organized individual looking to join a welcoming team? We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate for our motel, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting Guests:
Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Check-In & Check-Out:
Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Guest Service:
Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for local attractions.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and perform basic bookkeeping duties.
Safety and Security:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by following established procedures.
Working Hours:
Hours range between 26-30, however, candidate should be flexible to work more hours during the summers, or when needed.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems are a plus.
Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
