Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.

Manage multi-line phone systems and schedule appointments efficiently. Maintain organized patient records and handle data entry accurately. Support administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and correspondence. Ensure the front desk area is welcoming and well-maintained. Coordinate with healthcare practitioners to facilitate smooth operations. Handle billing and insurance documentation as needed. Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times.'

Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role within a healthcare setting.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.84-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
