Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed
Schedule and manage appointments
Support and coordinate client check-ins and check-outs
Handle direct billing with insurance companies
Perform accurate data entry to ensure client information is up to date
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized clinic to create a welcoming environment
Manage laundry, including sheets and towels for the clinic
Schedule & Availability
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
2:30 PM to closing (usually around 9:00 PM)
Must have reliable transportation
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience in a massage therapy, physiotherapy, or dental clinic is required
Prior experience using
Jane App
is preferred
Proficiency with phone systems and customer service best practices
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading
Familiarity with clerical tasks and general office procedures
Experience using
Google Suite
or similar software applications is an asset
