Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description
We are looking to grow our team! Part time receptionist needed. (English and French speaking is a must)
Founded in 2005, West Spa is the work of two dynamic, committed and involved business sisters Nathalie and Anik Bedard. They have shaped their Spa concept to their personalities - friendly and warm. With the help of the staff of more than 30 employees who are dedicated and attentive to your well-being, help make West Spa Montreal's spa destination.
Our certified massage therapists and estheticians regularly follow training sessions on the latest beauty techniques and products.
We are looking for the next best receptionist to join our front end team. We are looking for someone who has a fun and loving attitude but is also a hard worker.
As a receptionist your responsibilities are:
Answer incoming calls Schedule services for clients Call clients to confirm appointments Greet clients Answer questions about services Resolve scheduling issues or other issues Check in clients Promote and sell spa/salon services Process payments Balance cash Open/close spa Any tasks owners/manager ask Clean and disinfect front end
Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings and weekends
You must also have the following skills:
Speak both English and French Have good communication skills Great at multitasking Knowledgable with computers Have empathy towards clients and co workers Hard worker and punctual Be able to work in a fast paced environment

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
administrative assistant: 4 years (preferred) receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
