We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing administrative tasks with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office software to ensure smooth daily operations across various departments, including medical or dental offices.
Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service
Answer phone systems promptly and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using Office experience and Google Workspace tools
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Sage Accounting.
Support office operations by managing correspondence, emails, and supporting documentation
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment
Experience
Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred,
Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service roles highly desirable
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Knowledge of front desk procedures, filing systems, and office etiquette including phone etiquette is essential
Previous experience in customer support roles will be advantageous for providing outstanding service to clients and patients
