The
Front Desk/Client Service Staff
member helps to manage the day-to-day office operations, organization and performance of an H&R Block tax office. The CSS serves as part of the larger front desk team which is responsible for office growth, development and is generally responsible for ensuring that we meet and exceed our client's expectations.
We are currently seeking both full time and part time candidates for this position. We would consider a student or COOP student candidate for this position.
The Client Service Leader duties include:
Provides outstanding client service
Assists in office operations, human resource functions and local marketing
Implements company policies and ensures compliance
Knowledgeable resource on tax products
Assists the office manager to achieve client retention and revenue goals
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in person.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with a Windows based computer system preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $19.00 per hour
We would prefer to find someone who can fill the position full time but we would also be willing to work with one or more candidates who are only seeking part time employment.
