We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
Manage phone calls, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Perform data entry with accuracy, utilizing QuickBooks and other accounting software when necessary
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management to ensure organized records
Support administrative tasks such as follow-up, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment
Support medical or dental office operations by managing patient check-ins, verifying insurance information, and handling confidential data with discretion
Experience
Previous office experience preferred, especially in clerical or administrative roles
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail
Medical or dental office experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific duties
Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a professional manner

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
