This job is for our Primary Receptionist Position as you will be with our Doctor for 5 out of his 7 shifts. You will also be working directly with our Office Manager Zoey as her partner in crime!

This role involves:

- Knowledge of most Microsoft Office procedures at a low/moderate level (mostly Excel)
- Working on a computer-based patient-service system (JANE)

-Communication between staff to allow optimal teamwork

Submission & Management of Insurances



- Legal Document Prep such as: MVA paperwork, Doctors notes, Medical History documents for lawyers etc.


- Inventory Management & Reorders

- Some Social Media Management & Participation

- Brilliant patient interactions in the treatment rooms, at the front desk, and on the phone
- A desire to learn and assist with hands-on treatment of patients

Enjoy being busy and occasional trouble-shooting on the fly

We are hiring for 5 shifts weekly: afternoon shift on Wednesdays, an afternoon shift Thursdays, morning & afternoon shift Fridays and morning shift Saturday.

Mornings are usually: 7:45 am - 11:30 am, afternoon/evenings are: 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, and Saturdays are usually around 8 am - 2:00 pm.

Starting salary: $20/hr
