We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a medical or dental office is a plus.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records
Handle filing and clerical duties to support office operations
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
Assist with bookkeeping functions, including invoicing and payment processing using QuickBooks
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain an organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution
Qualifications
Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to interact positively with clients
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
