1. Front dest role
- Greet all walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Record customer information and purpose of visit.
- Introduce Oppein product lines (cabinets, closets, vanities, accessories, RTA, etc.).
- Guide customers to view displays and explain basic product features.
- Arrange seating, tea/coffee service when needed.
- Direct customers to available sales consultants.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
2. Sales Support
- Assist sales team with preparing quotations, follow-up messages, and product inquiries.
- Help gather project information from clients (floor plans, measurements, design requests).
- Schedule customer appointments and designer consultations.
- Update CRM / customer logs with walk-in information.
- Support preparing project files, printing documents, and organizing installation folders.
3. Administrative Duties
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; forward inquiries to appropriate staff.
- Manage daily front desk administration: filing, printing, scanning, basic data entry.
- Track showroom supplies and request replenishment.
- Assist with order tracking and scheduling communication when required.
- Receive mail/courier packages and record deliveries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
