We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient with office software, and demonstrate excellent communication abilities. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities
Greet walk-in customers and provide basic product introductions
Assist sales team with customer inquiries and appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls, manage emails, and maintain front desk operations
Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
Support basic administrative tasks (filing, printing, documentation)
Assist with light sales support such as preparing quotations or booking measurements
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Odoo software
Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative support
Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Support customer service efforts by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
Experience
Fluent in
English and Mandarin
Strong communication, customer-service mindset
Friendly personality, professional attitude
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced showroom environment
Prior experience in reception, sales assistant, or retail is an asset
Previous office experience preferred, especially in clerical or administrative roles
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is advantageous
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, and proofreading capabilities
Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
