We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional

Part-Time Dental Receptionist

to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys working with patients, and can handle a fast-paced dental environment.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes. Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment collection. Maintain accurate patient records using dental software. Coordinate with dental assistants and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow. Send appointment reminders, recalls, and follow-up messages. Handle email inquiries and general office administration. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Follow all privacy and confidentiality policies (PIPEDA/PHIPA).

Qualifications

Previous dental office reception experience is must. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance (an asset). Proficient with dental practice management software (training available). Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Friendly, patient-focused, and professional demeanour. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
