Front Desk Receptionist

to join our team and be the face of our spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, skincare, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently Handle client check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing Promote spa services, packages, and current promotions Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services Support spa staff and ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations Maintain an organized, clean reception area Protect client confidentiality and ensure a high standard of client care Assist with light administrative tasks and social media when needed

Qualifications:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in a medical spa or similar customer service role (required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills; familiarity with booking software and social media platforms Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to work

days, evenings, and weekends

as needed Reliable commute to Ajax, ON or willingness to relocate before starting
