Job Description


Front Desk position primary responsibility is to greet all guest with a high level of customer service. Ensure that Guests booking, check in and check out experiences are seamless and conducted in a professional, welcoming manner. Reconciling daily transactions & prepare required paperwork as well as working with all department heads so as all communication and information is being filtered. Duties & responsibilities

  • Recognizes and greets all guests and staff members
  • Booking resort reservations as well as work with third party booking platforms to ensure accuracy
  • Provides exceptional and professional service to our guests and staff members
  • Has a high level of initiative
  • Making responsible decisions and develops recommendations for effective problem solving
  • Enters all data from current day balances prior to completing the \xe2\x80\x9cend of day\xe2\x80\x9d procedure
  • Assists in completion of an audit of the days business
  • Ensures complete and accurate check in and check out of all guests, computer system, and makes room moves when necessary
  • Attends to any guest issues to ensure the guest need is met, dialogue with guest is tracked, follows-up with department heads
  • Balances individual paperwork and cash at end of shift
  • In touch with industry trends and standards
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

  • Education & Experience:
  • Must have previous Resort or Hotel front desk or night audit experience
  • Accounting background an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28-40 per week Salary: $38,000.00-$41,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Weekend availability
Experience:
  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: One location
