Position Summary

We're looking for a Front Desk / Optical Care Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a caring, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet patients and assist them throughout their visit

Conduct preliminary eye tests (including intraocular pressures, wide-angle retinal scans, and other
pretesting procedures)


Collect patient health information in person and over the phone

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's daily calendar

Process billing for patients, insurance companies, and Alberta Health Care

Maintain smooth patient flow through pre-testing and exam areas

Participate in ongoing personal and team development training

Deliver superior customer service and patient care

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
