Our client in the Financial Services/Wealth Management Industry located in the heart of Burlington. is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Receive and distribute mail and packages. Provide general information about our services to clients and visitors. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
.Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office, multi-line phone system). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
