Front Desk Clerk:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms;
- Take, cancel and change room reservations;
- Process telephone calls;
- Store and retrieve luggage;
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments;
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms;
- Customer service oriented;
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning (clean rooms, fold towels, unplug toilets, etc);
- Perform reports, commissions, billings, etc.
- Must be an enthusiastic individual who can communicate well with our guest along with being able to work with our team. Must be available for overnight shifts.
