We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service and working in a hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Assist with room assignments and reservations as needed
Handle guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Requirements
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
