I. The Employee's duties and responsibilities in the Position shall include, but are

Welcome guests and check them into their rooms.
*Provide guests with information about the hotel and the local area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
Handle guest payments and process credit card transactions.
Process check-outs and generate bills.
Make reservations for guests and book rooms.
Process any special requests guests may have.
Handle any complaints or issues guests have.
Answer phone calls and emails from guests.
Ensure the front desk is clean and stocked with supplies.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Fort Saskatchewan, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
