We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our Motel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Process check-in and check-out, cancellation and modifications efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions
Utilizing multi-line phone systems to assist guests promptly.
Provide information about motel amenities, local attractions, and services available to enhance the guest experience.
Liaise with housekeeping and management to ensure guests needs are met.
Follow Motel policies, security and compliance.
Prepare end-of-shift reports.
Light cleaning and laundry required.
Requirements
Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional demeanor
1+yr front desk agent experience preferred
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Multitasking under pressure
A service mindset: empathy, patience and attention to detail
Ability to work Sundays, Thursdays and holidays as required by the motel's operational needs.
