Greet and check-in/check-out guests
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Handle room assignments and key distribution
Serve as the primary contact for guest questions, concerns, and special requests
Provide information about Motel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining options
Liaise with housekeeping and management to ensure guest needs are met (room readiness, repairs, amenities)
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests
Maintain accurate guest folios and process payments
Prepare end-of-shift reports
Follow Motel policies on safety, security, and compliance
Prepare end-of-shift reports
Laundry and light housekeeping also required
Front Desk Clerk Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional demeanor
1+ years front desk agent experience preferred
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Multitasking under pressure
A service mindset: empathy, patience, and attention to detail
Shifts available mixture of 7am-3pm as well as 3pm-11pm also includes weekends, and on public holidays
