We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Font Desk - Casual.



As the Front Desk, you will wear a variety of hats! The front desk is literally the heartbeat of our community - it's the place where residents and guests might stop by to find out what is on the calendar of events for the day, to check on a package they're expecting to receive, to let us know if they have a maintenance issue in their home, or just to lean on the counter and chit-chat about their day.



The candidate must have an outgoing warm, friendly personality with strong customer service and communication skills. This position requires professional appearance and demeanor, as well as the ability to stay calm in emergency situations.

The ideal candidate will:

Have Standard First Aid Certification - requirement Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Possess a high school diploma or equivalent Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Successful candidate will require a clear Police check to work with the Vulnerable Sector.
