This position contribute to the overall success of the hotel by providing superior customer service and specialized services to the evening/night shift function of the Front Desk and Auditor. Key Responsibilities

Provide front desk guest service including check-in/check-out, handling concerns, supporting group/tour arrivals and departures, and coordinating luggage storage Operate as a

Front Desk + Auditor (2-in-1 role)

by completing end-of-day audit and accounting tasks during overnight shifts Prepare and ensure accurate billing, records, postings, and reconciliations Complete required audit procedures in a timely manner (e.g., computer resets, credit card reconciliations, system back-ups) in accordance with direction from the Hotel manager Follow established procedures and policies, operate within boundaries of authority, and adhere to company standards Ensure credit procedures meet hotel standards and report rate discrepancies to the Front Office Manager Maintain health and safety standards, comply with all regulations, and support the security and safety of the property, Ambassadors, and guests (liaising with security as applicable)

Qualifications

Secondary school diploma preferred 12 months of related experience preferred (front desk, hotel, customer service, and/or basic audit/accounting support) Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Professional attitude and appearance Able to multitask, stay organized, and take initiative; comfortable working independently overnight Demonstrates accountability, integrity, teamwork, guest sensitivity, adaptability, and emotional intelligence Exemplifies Coast's Core Values and enjoys working in a culture of accountability
