Position: Front Desk Host

Location: Hyatt Place Windsor

Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Hyatt Place Windsor is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Hosts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures Provide guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and services Assist with reservations and handle inquiries both in person and over the phone Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless guest experiences Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations Stand for 8 hours Work dual role in the bar/restaurant, perform bartending and server duties Perform barista duties, including making and serving coffee and other beverages During downtime perform several cleaning duties, including cleaning washrooms, sweep and mop floors, change garbage and more Help with breakfast set up and tear down

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk experience is highly desirable Smart Serve certification is an asset Experience in bartending and barista roles is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work overnight independently
