Job Description

We are searching for an experienced, motivated and organized candidate whom will represent the hotel throughout all stages of the guest's stay ensuring that every guest experiences superior customer care during their stay. A Front Desk Associate must have patience dealing with guests and meet guest needs with enthusiasm. .

Our Front Desk Associates responsibilities include:

Must have experience with hotel computer based property management systems Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel at home Completing guest check-ins and check-outs Providing excellent service to guests Processes same day and future reservations via telephone, e-mail or at the front counter Use persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services offered in the hotel Processing guest payments Assigning guest rooms Take care of administrative duties Providing information to guests on local area places of interest and advising guests of local eatery's Flexibility with schedule is required Laundry Duties Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
