As a Front Desk Administrator/Receptionist, you are responsible for handle daily sales of your assigned station, daily close, and correct balance. Handle general administrative tasks, and monitoring inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and help them find products that adequately meet their needs
Explain product features and promotions
Generate Sales order, and make sure the accuracy of all information are indicated as required.
Keeps department clean and organized up to stores standards
Process Sales order with Quick Book / Oracle
Attend team meetings and trainings to stay up to date on the latest sales techniques and product
Push sales quotas to help accomplish sales goals
Adheres to company policies and procedures in order to be effective in selling
Interact well with fellow employees and encourage teamwork
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Organizing and merchandising skills.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English with customers, peers and management.
Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
Skills:
Roofing, landscaping, or other building material Product knowledge as an asset.
Second language in Cantonese/Mandarin as an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
