Looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Front Desk Associate at Massage Addict Appleby!
This a temporary, contract opportunity, (with possibility of extension) from November 5 until December 13.
We are:
Massage Addict is Canadian owned and Canada's first and largest membership-based massage therapy provider with over 95 clinics currently open nationwide.Your main responsibilities will be to:
Provide outstanding client service; answering telephone calls and booking appointments
Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival
Provide administrative support to the Clinic; forms and documentation for new and existing clients
Your qualifications:
Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills
Organized and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience would be great!
