What You'll Do
This hybrid position offers the best of both worlds: a Front Desk role as your primary focus, with occasional Housekeeping support shifts based on occupancy and operational needs. You'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, helping keep Snow Valley Lodging welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
Front Desk Responsibilities (Primary)
Warmly greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and payments efficiently
Support daily front office operations and maintain organization
Oversee room inspections and assist with inventory control
Order and maintain front office and merchandise supplies
Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams as needed
Uphold hotel standards and help ensure smooth communication across departments
Housekeeping Responsibilities (As Needed)
Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms or Tiny Homes as scheduled
Support laundry, restocking, and general housekeeping tasks
Report maintenance or supply issues promptly
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong computer and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Physically able to assist with light housekeeping tasks when needed
Job Details & Perks
Full-time Front Desk role (30-40 hours/week)
Occasional Housekeeping support shifts based on occupancy
4-5 days/afternoon shifts per week (typically 3:00-10:00 p.m.)
