Client Care and Sales: Some Evenings and Weekends.

As a Client Care and Sales Representative it is your job to make sure clients have an excellent experience while at TruBliss, starting from when they walk in, until they exit the premises.

You are responsible for meeting and greeting clients with a positive and friendly attitude and checking them in as they arrive for their scheduled appointments. In addition, you answer phone calls and manage the schedule.

About the Role:

Providing an outstanding Customer Experience is our Number One Priority.

You'll also help maintain and prepare the facilities for our guests, answer phone calls, respond to emails, manage appointments, and provide recommendations for retails products.

Strong administration and computer skills are crucial as you'll be responsible for running a tight ship of appointments and scheduling with our staff.

Sales will play a key part in your role here. You'll be cashing out customers on their way out, talking up our packages, and selling them on the benefits of TruBliss.

Desired Qualifications:

These are our "must-haves":

Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or spa

Experience in using a POS credit card system

Experience working reception / customer service /

Experience in sales

Honest, Reliable, Integral.

Starting wage is $20 per hour, plus commissions based on product sales. We also offer employee discounts, and employee incentives.

This is a permanent part time position.

Must Be Flexible With Availability.

TruBliss is open: Monday through Sunday - and the customer service industry is busiest during evenings and weekends.
