Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team at Trilliant Hospitality Group in British Columbia. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations during night shifts and providing outstanding customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
Perform night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage front desk operations, including reservations and check-ins.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with night audit procedures is essential.
Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Previous experience in guest services or related roles is preferred.
