The Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre in Pincher Creek, Alberta is hiring!



What You Will Do:



Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Answer questions regarding hotel services. Provide information about services available in the community. Respond to guests' concerns and help resolve any issues. Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts, and vouchers using computerized or manual systems. Present statements of charges to departing guests. Receive payments.
