We're looking for an energetic and guest-focused Front Desk & Guest Services team member to join us in delivering amazing experiences to every visitor, every day.
This is a part-time or full time in-person position including weekends and evenings.
What You'll Be Doing...
Located at our family entertainment centre in Fort McMurray, our Front Desk team is the heart of the action -- welcoming guests, managing reservations, answering questions, and setting the tone for an awesome experience.
You'll be the face of The Alley, handling everything from birthday check-ins and group bookings to payments and daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can juggle multiple tasks with confidence and a smile.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greet every guest with warmth, positivity, and professionalism
Answer phone calls and in-person inquiries with accuracy and energy
Manage reservations, birthday party inquiries, and event check-ins
Process payments using our point-of-sale system
Upsell add-ons like arcade cards, laser tag games, and birthday upgrades
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Keep the front desk and lobby tidy, welcoming, and guest-ready
Support team members across the venue when needed
Work toward daily guest satisfaction and service targets
Provide accurate information about venue offerings, packages, and promotions
What We're Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or guest services (asset but not required)
Ability to stay calm and focused in a high-energy environment
Comfortable using computer systems and willing to learn new tools
Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
