Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and guest amenities
- Assist with Guest billing and invoicing processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a front desk or guest services role an asset
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using phone systems and computer software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
