Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Trilliant Hospitality Group. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in experience. Your contributions will be vital in upholding our reputation for outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
Manage reservations and maintain accurate guest records.
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-maintained.
Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
